Even more control over your live chat with the new condition!

This new condition allows you to check if someone responded to users message. For example, let's drag Chat Message trigger, Delay action, Responded condition and Send a chat message action. Connect it in order like stated moment ago, but with our new responded condition, use No as output and drag it to In of Send a chat message action. Set delay to 30 seconds, the chat message that we'll send to "Sorry, we're currently out of office. We'll reply the next working day, first thing in the morning!". At the end, we'll have automated action to send message to our user if we're out of office. Optionaly, you can set time from & to while saving this action, this way you can specify range of hours that this action will perform.
