You have a few ways how to enter the User Profile of a person of your choice. You can start from the People section and when you click the name of a given individual, you will enter the profile. Whenever you click the name of the person, you will go directly to User Profile.
User Profile has been divided into easy-to-navigate parts, which enables to have a detailed insight into what the person is doing on the website. It starts with the top bar where you can see the person’s first and last name together with his/her country, last visit and the list of all social media profiles (if Full Contact API is enabled). Next, there’s a visiual illustration of page views as a column diagram.
When you scroll down, you will see the center part that starts with a window enabling you to send chat/email messages and provide new notes about that person. Remember that all the notes you write will not be seen by that person. It’s just the information for the agents. For example, ClientABC needs further assistance with the problem XYZ.
When you scroll down, you will see a list of all page views and events perfomed by the person. The information about the time is also provided (Ping Hit 3 minutes ago). It gives great knowledge of what a given person is looking for or what issues she/he is struggling with. If you see somebody is visiting your pricing, why not to send a kind chat message how you can help?
On the left, lists of page views, notes, emails and events is provided. If you want to see all the emails ever exchanged between you (and your agents) and that person, simply click “Emails” and see which emails have been opened and responded.
You can also see which segments the person has been assigned too. For example, if you have decided to create “Email segment” (all people with email), the name will appear in this field.
The same story with tags and lists.
On the right, you can see what information you have gathered about that specific person. It starts with the email address, status (visitor = without email, user = with email), referer and so on. You will also see all the custom attributes you sent to UserEngage.
You can turn off/on notifications for specific people with the slide (blue = on; white = off).
