Is the chat proactive? Can I start conversations with my customers?
You can start conversations by setting up automatic triggers depending on visitors’ activities that are based on for example page views, actions, events and many more.
How can I pay?
You can make the payment by credit card. If you have any questions about payments, please contact us directly.
Can I verify my users via my app user data?
Yes, once you install our widget on your website, your app user data will be sent automatically to UserEngage.
Who is a user?
Users are simply unique website visitors. By determining the price of your plan by the amount of your users, you only pay for as much as you use the service
Can I customize and translate your widget?
Yes. You can change the layout of the widget, however more sophisticated changes are reserved for higher plans. Every plan, including the free one, has your language version included.
How does your guarantee work?
We are very confident about our product because of its simplicity. If the convertion rate on your website does not improve by 7 percent during the first month of using the paid plan, you can get your money back.
Can I send alerts or news to my users (or part of them)?
You can set up actions for automatic chat messages or email messages targeted at a group defined by you.
