Welcome to the most detailed user’s profile you’ve ever probably seen. Not only can you view a person’s basic information (email, status, gender, referrer, first and last visit etc.) and selected attributes (a type of plan, apps etc) which is on the right side, but you can also analyze user’s behavior on the basis of page views and events provided in the central part of the page.
Take a look to learn what pages have been visited, which indicates what kind of information a user looks for. Events mean any sort of action that has been performed by a user on your website. For example, you can see that one of your users (let’s call him “Blue Monkey”) has visited 5 different pages with blue shoes in size 9 and he’s also added one pair to the cart. This action is called an event.
If there is no reaction afterwards, you can encourage the person to finish the purchase with an email: “Hi, I see you have added our blue shoes model 123 to your cart. What a taste! Can I help you to finish the purchase?”. As you can see, knowing the page views and events gives you real knowledge about your users’ behavior.
On top, you can see a graphic representation of your user’s visits in a form of a diagram. A name, country and a date of the last visit is also located there. Feel free to contact your user via an email or a chat message with “Send message” button at the top right corner.
On your left, you can see “MAIN INFO” where you can access your “User Profile” to start a conversation on chat directly from there. “Page views” is a well-developed list of every single page view together with the time it occurred. “Notes” gives you a space to write anything you want about a user. Don’t worry - all the content is seen only to you. “Emails” shows you all the email messages you have ever sent or received from a user’s email address. “Events” enables you to see each action performed by a user on your website.
Of course, if the person has been added to a particular segment, it’s also shown here in the “SEGMENTS” box. You can freely add tags to a user with “Add tags” (create as many tags as you want, separate them with commas) and add a person to a contact list of your choice “add to a list”.
