In this section you can see who has been on your website in a real time. The application collects all the possible information about every single user. The number of all the people that have ever visited your website is provided on top: “My Users” → “All”. “Visible” refers to only those who meet the criteria you applied in “Filters”.

Below the number of users, you can clear all the filters with “Clear filters” button, create or choose tags with “Tags” or send a chat or email message to a selected number of users with “Send message”. Just decide who you want to contact by ticking the little boxes on the left side of a user’s name. Send your users chat messages individually with a speech bubble icon next to a user’s name.

In the central part of the page, there is a table that consists of different columns which you can freely select with the “Select” button, where you show or hide chosen columns. Each of them provides you with a specific piece of information on your users. You are able to add your own custom attributes, just let us know and we’ll apply it. Decide who you want to add to specific lists by clicking “Manage” next to the “Select” button, where you can add particular users to an existing list. Create a new one: Emails → Users lists → Create new.

You can see a person’s email address, first and last name if it was provided in one of the forms (for example, during the registration process). Otherwise, the system automatically assigns a user with a combination of a random adjective and noun to identify all. Also, you have an insight into when the person was first and last seen, the IP address and a city, a referrer (a page where a user comes from), a kind of a browser and its language, how many page views etc.

Select additional columns if you wish. Simply click the “Select” button at the top right corner, next to the “Manage” button. As you can see, you have an entire list of various columns to choose from. For example, if you want to see who you can contact via sms, choose the “Telephone number” column and then apply a filter to see only those with the numbers. If you want to contact users from a particular time zone, choose the “Timezone” column and filter them in a similar way.

To sort and filter your users’ data, you don’t need any special IT knowledge. All you have to do is to use the “funnel” icon on the top right side, next to the “Select columns” and “Manage” buttons. Click on the icon and there is a drop-down list of different criteria you can choose to filter the data. Decide if you want to apply the criteria with “OR” and “AND” button. For example, if you want to see users whose email addresses and phone numbers you have, simply check the boxes next to the “Email” and “Phone number”, together with the “AND” option and click “Search”. Another example, have an insight into who has been absent for the last 5 days and has come from Twitter , click “Last seen” → “greater than” to choose a date 5 days ago, and then - write “Twitter” as the referrer.

Next to the “Search” button, you can create your own segments to save a particular criteria. You often search users according to the same variables and creating segments makes it simpler and faster. For example, create a segment named “Facebook” where you have the system show you only users coming from a given referrer (Facebook). Or, segment “New” with users who have been firstly seen less than one day ago. All segments are located on the top blue bar of the section.
